As part of our commitment as a gateway provider, we will deliver a monthly rolling programme of training for each of your kickstarters that covers 6 modules of personal and professional development.
This can be completed as classroom or remote training depending on circumstances.
Experience shows that new employees integrate into a company faster and more impactfully with a supportive dedicated contact person.
With this in mind, we are expanding on our well established mentorship scheme to offer development training to individuals in your organisation that you designate as Buddy’s for each placement.
On top of this, our team will round up every month with pastoral care video calls to provide an independent layer of support for your new starters.
These will help to guarantee the best possible settling in period and can even support you if you decide that completion of the six month placement is the end of the line for any particular candidates.
You are not committed to offering placement candidates full time roles after the initial six months but you may choose to do so.
You can also bring in new kickstarters in each six month block right up until December 2021. As your gateway company, we will be committed to supporting you throughout the journey.
